Net Improvement: Configure Invite modal to trigger from "Invite your colleagues" from "Learn GitLab"

Proposal

Users with admin rights can add new users to their namespace/group/project by clicking "Invite your colleagues" from "Learn GitLab". This link directs the user to the Members tab in the lefthand nav. Let's leverage our new invite modal and configure the modal to open from this location when selected by a user. This will keep the user on the same page and prevent them from having to navigate backwards after adding a new user.
