Advanced user search: use simple_query_string

Background

Currently advanced user search uses fuzzy string matches on name, username and email.

Fuzzy queries allow for spelling mistakes to be ignored and finding similar matches.

Proposal

Switch from fuzzy query to using simple_query_string which is what is used by other search scopes. This would enable usage which allows more control for the user, such as:
