Admin only project settings

Problem

In the Admin Area, under the Projects sidebar, we currently can select the Edit button to edit projects. This redirects out of the admin area and to the project settings page for the respective project. This redirection requires many clicks to get back to the list of projects in the admin area. We could use our webpage back arrow but this gets cumbersome too since each project setting category has a unique url. After navigating around the categories of project settings, the webpage back arrow has many other project settings links in the way of the admin area page.

It would be ideal to speed up the workflow when editing similar project settings across many projects from the admin area projects page.

Suggested improvement

The proposed editing pattern looks to give a better experience for admins which need to edit similar settings across multiple projects and to speed up their workflow.

The proposed edit page keeps the admin in the admin area and allows them to navigate back to the list of projects with fewer clicks.

The other motivation is to give a more intuitive place for admin only settings on projects. This page would provide a framework to bundle admin only features in the future such as admin notes (This is a groups feature but it could be extended to projects).
