We want to clean up the experience and ensure that Learn GitLab no longer creates a separate project. This work is being tackled here #388970 (closed)

Currently the Set up your first project's CI/CD onboarding task directs to an Issue within the Learn GitLab Project. We would like to update this link to the /-/pipelines page and have gotten agreement from the Pipeline Authoring team.
