Add images to OS platforms in new runner form

Description

We should add the images in the new runner options for:

• Linux: located https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_qxXsmF3Iv7nv9ReJ45AFoLZsayg4146/view?usp=sharing needs to be uploaded to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-svgs/-/tree/main/illustrations/third-party-logos when implemented
• Windows: located https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/app/assets/images/auth_buttons/azure_64.png
• macOS: waiting on legal approval

  @gdoyle I was not able to find the other logo images from #383139[Runner-registration-page.png].

  I looked for them at https://gitlab-org.gitlab.io/gitlab-svgs/illustrations/

  We can always add them later, as the component can support both versions, with and without the image.
