Add Vulnerability::Feedback replacement models to GraphQL securityReportFindings properties

To improve our ability to access the new vulnerability feedback replacement models (StateTransitions, IssueLinks, MergeRequestLinks), we need begin exposing this information in our graphql API's.

#Implentation Plan

  • backend Expose (StateTransitions, IssueLinks, MergeRequestLinks) on the securityReportFindings Query
