In rich text editor, allow opening link in new tab when clicking Cmd+Click
Context
In the new rich text editor, while writing in rich text mode, a link is styled as a link. My expectation was that the link would actually behave as a link and take me to a webpage. Instead it opens up a menu. I think there's an opportunity here to conduct some lightweight usability testing to understand user expectations

When I have a link in the body, it behaves as a normal link. When I hover over it, it gets an underline. My expectation is that in this case, clicking on the link will take me to that link. However, it opens the link editor. If we style it as a normal link, I think it should follow normal link behavior.
