Update streaming audit event UI styles

Based on our conversation here we want to update the streaming audit events UI styles to make it less cluttered and make it easier to expand on the functionality

• Some of the designs include the filter by subgroup in the another issue; this issue is only about the visuals with current features, and other functionality is just examples to show how it looks when the new feature introduced
• 3.0 -> How it looks when all filters are collapsed
• 3.1 -> How it looks when the event filter is expanded
• 3.2 -> how it looks when the both event filter and sub-group filter expanded

• Update the filter by stream event area

  • In each group, the option listed vertically
