Use a more standard arrow for the reply action instead of the comment bubble icon. Sparked by this thread.

Why?

• More consistent with other tools that have a reply capability.
• Differentiate between creating a comment and replying to one.

Scope

This change would be limited to the action of replying to an existing comment only, and not generating a new comment.
