Third-party AI setting should only be shown to Ultimate customers

Problem

As raised in Slack, SaaS customers who are not on Ultimate are seeing the third-party AI setting in their group settings. They cannot disable the setting. This is concerning because customers may think their data is being shared with third-party services when it is not.

Expected behavior

Do not show the AI settings to customers who not on Ultimate.
