Update Azure group sync to support friendly group names

There was a request to support friendly group names when using SAML group sync with Azure. This was supported via Azure configuration, however a similar request exists for the Azure Group sync. A potential option is to use onPremisesSamAccountName when syncing group names between Azure and GitLab. See the discussion here for additional background
