Update vulnerability list data when group is selected

Summary

When a group is expanded, vulnerability_report file should let the vulnerability-list-graphql component know, so that it's data is refreshed.

Verification steps

• Go to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/govern/threat-insights-demos/verification-projects/verify-epic-10164/-/security/vulnerability_report
• Click on Group By and select a group
• Expand a section and expect to see the relevant Vulnerability Report
