Remove ds500 modifiers from tooltips

In the navigation sidebar, the ds500 modifier was added to several tooltips to enforce a show delay of 500ms (as defined in Pajamas). At the time it wasn't clear why this was necessary here and not elsewhere, but #424465 (closed) / !131394 (merged) made it clear.

Once !131394 (merged) merges, we should be able to remove those ds500 modifiers without losing the show delay.
