Automate updates to high traffic tables

High traffic tables are a big problem for us, we should make sure that the list is kept up to date. Maybe using https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/database-team/gitlab-com-database-testing?

My initial thought is maybe we could use a scheduled job in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/database-team/gitlab-com-database-testing and have it create a merge request with the changed list assigned to whoever is on triage for the week
