Update product analytics documentation for Beta

Product analytics documentation should be updated to reflect

1. Self-managed is not currently supported
2. Enabling experiment features in root group settings is required
3. Enabling product analytics in root group settings is required.

However, this is still behind feature flags in production. This means the 2nd and 3nd points should be updated after we enable the feature flags globally.

Number one can be already updated.
