Increase event volume via Page Pings for Product Analytics on Gitlab.com

Problem

We've recently decreased the amount of page pings that are sent by default by our Browser SDK (see gitlab-org/analytics-section/product-analytics/gl-application-sdk-browser!48 (comment 1672739483)). This makes sense for customer projects to keep event volume low without significantly affecting session calculation.

Our current target with the Product Analytics integration in gitlab.com is to stress test our setup as much as possible. Any significant reduction in event volume is running counter to that purpose.

Set page ping heartbeatDelay to 10s for the gitlab.com integration of Product Analytics.

How to verify

Event volume for gitlab.com cluster should significantly increase again and amount of page pings tripple.
