FE: Group By Owasp Top 10

Add ability to Group By Owasp Top 10.

Implementation plan

• Add the Owasp Top 10 filter to Group by functionality. Most of the functionality has been implement in the previous MRs. Copy the existing behaviour and add the tool option to the Group By button.
