Component Filter: Fetch list of detected components

Summary

Once the filter token for components is added, we can add the logic to fetch all available components to the token.

This is likely to be the complete list of components, which means that we need to also use a virtual scroller for performance reasons (see license token) and cache the results so they are only fetched once per page hit.
