Preserve unchanged markdown

Since we have accurate sourcemaps for all block and inline elements thanks to our new Rust based markdown parser, we can now add support to preserve all unchanged markdown the way it is. An attempt was made in !68702 (closed) but was closed due to inaccuracy of source maps of our previous parser.
