Update IaC analyzer to include ignore option
Problem to solve
Current IaC documentation doesn't include instructions on how to ignore files/sections. On occasions, the underlying kics scanner reports false-positives on various files, as shown by #458121 (closed).
Proposal
Adding another header under the troubleshooting guide to help users self-address such issues in the future.
