Use Product Analytics to track pipeline test results

Following the summit, we were made aware that we could use Product Analytics to track pipeline test results in Clickhouse and create custom dashboards: gitlab-org/quality/engineering-productivity/team#438 (comment 1818750173)

We should experiment with this, as a single data-store for all tests (non-E2E & E2E) tests, instead of having different solutions depending on the test levels.

In gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering&71 (comment 1879362351), I suggested using Product Analytics for E2E test metrics as well.
