Update references to gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec/

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-security/product-security/product-security-meta/-/work_items/46+ we moved the namespace of appsec tooling to reflect our org structure.

This has broken the depSASTer CI job (!151107 (comment 1890714785)), and other CI jobs will be following redirects. In both cases we should update to reflect the new path.
