Direct Transfer: Deleted projects are also considered for DT

I initiated a DT from source project https://gitlab.com/gitlab-migration-large-import-test to my target 1k instance.

I noticed that deleted project was also in the list for migration and eventually failed with error stating that "Project Not Found". This would results in overall import status to be failed
