Frontend: Remove Explain this vulnerability section
With the migration of "explain this vulnerability" into Duo Chat with "Vulnerability Explanation". The previous old workflow should be removed.
- Remove the UI
- Remove the FE code
- Remove the specs
It removes these 2 previous UI:
