Badge indicates number of users with assigned role, this should match number of rows
Copy gives context to users on what table lists You’re viewing users with assigned role of [Role name]. Make changes to user’s role in the group or project member page.

Ability to search by user, text in search box at default is Search users (3 character minimum)
