Ancestry widget showing truncated button when no other items exist

Summary

In instances where an item only has 1 parent, the ellipsis / truncation button is being shown on the small viewport size (mobile version of ancestry widget) even though it is not needed. Clicking on the button displays an empty dropdown. See screenshots below:
