Show requirements info in Frameworks report and Drawer

As we are adding possibility to create requirements within frameworks we need to update frameworks report and drawer accordingly.

1. Show requirements in frameworks table second column
2. Update framework drawer to show requirements info.
3. Update how projects are presented in the drawer (grouped under groups)
