Add reset button for Pages unique domain

In this issue, we updated the Pages unique domain to be shorter. However, existing projects don't have the option to reset to the shorter domain. This issue aims to add a reset button under Deploy > Pages so that users can reset their existing unique domain, which might be flagged as dangerous by Chrome, to a shorter unique domain.
