Update work item child item widget to use contextual view (drawer)

Summary

We are close to completing the required UX updates on the Contextual View and are soon in a position to start releasing the new feature according to the release plan.

With this issue, we will update the current modal experience on issues when a user opens a task from the issue's child widget to use the new contextual view.

⚠ Limited availability

The drawer can be made available for all work item powered child widgets, however we will only rollout the new drawer to the issues and objective detail pages until the new issues experience powered by work items is live.
