Overview for MRs which ones i have to approve

For a better overview i would suggest that the main MR page gets a new filter for "approvers". Currently there is absolutely no way to see on a one pager (like the issues) all MRs where i have still to approve over all projects. If you are assigned as approver in several projects, there is a need to see all MRs that still should be done. As i said, it would be perfect, if there is just another filter for approvers in the merge request page on the main page.
