Audit Log: Include username changes

Description

Include @username changes either by an admin or by the user in the audit log. It would be helpful to see what the change was, who made it, and a timestamp of when it happened.

Proposal

Create an Audit Events entry for:

• Administrator modified User to change @username to @new_username at date/timestamp
• User modified their @username to @new_username at date/timestamp
