Enable Mattermost email on install

With GitLab, email just works out of the box using sendmail. Can the Mattermost details be updated to automatically use sendmail on install as well for a consistent experience? https://forum.mattermost.org/t/automatic-email-configuration/1746/3 makes it look easy.
