Error in updating Gitlab-CE from 11.11.3 to 12.0.0 on CentOS 7.6
The "undefined symbol: PQsetErrorContextVisibility" error occured in updating gitlab-ce from v11.11.3 to v12.0.0 on CentOS 7.6 :
