Build nginx-module-vts with gcc 11

nginx-module-vts can not be compiled with gcc 11 that is packaged for Ubuntu 22.04. For the discussion see https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=99578.

This is fixed in https://github.com/vozlt/nginx-module-vts/commit/6fb2eb12f99f902d90bd9fa508186acbcf1ea33b but hasn't been released yet.

The fix needs to be applied as a patch to source.
