Update libtensorflow to compile with gcc 11
libtensorflow (a dependency of spamcheck) 2.5.0 can not be compiled with gcc 11 that is packaged for Ubuntu 22.04.
The newer releases of tensorflow addressed this problem and can be compiled with newer compiler versions including gcc.
This is a blocker for #6793 (closed).
