Update current test details script to show a linkable list of data being tested

One improvement to the current test details script that updates our wiki page on the latest test details is to add a section showing what actual test items each test targets with links to view them on Staging.

Possible solution for this will be to update the script to take a "live copy" URL where a current copy of our test data lives that is accessible to everyone. On passing this URL the script will update the page with specific links to that live copy for each piece of test data being tested.
