SLO breach warning follow up: Do not target issues with current milestone assigned

Currently we do not filter bugs about to breach the SLO for the severity by the assigned milestone.

If the issue is about to breach but it is assigned to the current milestone I feel like we could skip it because it is targeted to be resolved soon.

Maybe we could skip it but maybe it would be safer to comment and cover this scenario anyway
