Rename this project to release-cli

As the title says, can we consider different name for this project?

The current name (gitlab-releaser) can be easily mistaken for something that releases GitLab itself, which as far as I understand is not the intention of this project.

Can we consider something that better describes what the intention is and the project itself, like release-cli?
