Include UX in Reviewer Roulette for customers-gitlab-com

We recently merged a change that included UX in Reviewer Roulette for all MRs in gitlab-org/gitlab with the UX label (except for community contributions) gitlab-org/gitlab!84305 (merged). However, we also just noticed that for these to appear in gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com as well, we need to make more changes.

@kwiebers already mentioned that customers-gitlab-com apparently uses https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ruby/gems/gitlab-dangerfiles/-/blob/master/lib/danger/rules/simple_roulette/Dangerfile, and we thus might need to make changes to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com/-/blob/main/Dangerfile, but I'm unsure what these exact changes should be.

@rymai @godfat-gitlab Do you happen to have an idea how to make this happen?
