WIP: Fetch and install bundler-audit as a Debian pkg (Auto DevOps)

Fetch and install the bundler-audit analyzer as a Debian package. This CI configuration mimics Auto DevOps and shows how the analyzer is installed and executed in the Docker image built by Auto Build. This is based on the no_dind-auto-devops branch.

DO NOT MERGE!
