Investigate why gl-tooltip doesn't have `.gl-tooltip` class and styling
In this MR font-size for tooltips was updated with .gl-font-sm (12px) on tooltip element. But this shouldn't be the case, cause tooltips need to have .gl-tooltip class with all required styling. Currently it is no applied
