merge_requests_disable_committers_approval Wrong documentation

Bug Report

In the GitLab Terraform provider documentation (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/gitlabhq/gitlab/latest/docs/resources/project_level_mr_approvals#merge_requests_disable_committers_approval), it says the following:

merge_requests_disable_committers_approval (Boolean) Set to true to allow merge requests committers to approve their own merge requests.

This is however not correct. Setting this value to true disables merge request committers to approve their own merge request. It does not enable it, as said in the documentation
