Improvements to the Triage workflow in GitLab
What's this issue all about? (Background and context)
GitLab recently added Alert Management to the product in the last couple of milestones. We now have an end-to-end complete Triage workflow for Operations and DevOps professionals to triage and respond to IT alerts and incidents. We want to refine and improve the workflow by observing participants using the product and completing tasks.
