CI/CD no longer working for HA Config

After moving HA to run as hassio in a LXC container the previous CI/CD pipeline for deploying config changes no longer works. This should be updated so once GitLab has a passed pipeline run the HA server will pull the latest config and restart with the changes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
