This is the first release of manifesto to the wild.
Manifesto is a tool to provide some structure in the world of
kubernetes manifests using jsonnet as a base.

This tool has been used for my own infrastructure for a number of
months. The codebase itself is lacking tests, though an attempt has
been made to make this easy to integrate in the future.
