Improve Ability to Clone Theme / Create Child Themes

Currently it is very difficult to clone adaptable due to the way settings have been named. It would be useful to be able to more easily create multiple variants of the theme to install under different names within the same Moodle instance "theme/adaptabletwo", "theme/adabtablethree" etc.

If it were possible to create child themes this would be better still.
