Added a bunch of scenes and features, including initial framework for camera and load management.

Basic movement, dashing, jumping, wall sliding and wall kicking. This is not even a beta version, but I can at least now show it to people and vaguely ask them "how it feels" so they can help me with tuning. And anyway...wall kicking is a huge milestone in my mind...
