If a single note is given, the script plays that note and exits. If
multiple notes are given, the scripts enters tuning mode. If no notes
are given, the script uses a default tuning, maybe hardcoded, maybe
writen in a .txt file called default_tuning.txt.

This commit also updates the help message of the script and the readme
file.
