Weather regenerating every tick

Issue description

When using simple calendar to track 2 separate times / dates WC will regenerate the weather every tick.

• Weather Control Version: 4.1.6
• Simple Calendar Version: 2.0.25
• FoundryVTT Version: Version 9 Build 269

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create 2 Calendars
2. un-pause time

What's the expected result?

• That you will be able to switch between 2 instances of dates and times

What's the actual result?

• You are able to switch between 2 instances of dates and times but every tick of the time tracker causes WC to regenerate and post new weather to chat
