Add Assassin, Special Forces, Spy, Counterspy, and Collaborator Jobs to Military/Rebel factions

From Hugom2 (similar to 00Jared): From Oct. 1: 00Jared: "a hitman job that gets money for killing"
Hugom2: "@00jared What do you think about my assassin idea a that I posted a while ago? Job for the evil players. Assassin: a random target gets chosen, and you have to assassinate just that target in like 20 minutes time. First 10 minutes the target won't know. After that, he gets a notification that he is being hunted. The last 5 minutes he will get a notification when the assassin is close. If killed by an assassin, the target will be revived immediately to keep the game fun. An assassin doesn't get stars for killing, but if the cops get him, he get's 10 minutes of prison and a cooldown on the job"
00jared: "nah but they gotta be chosen though so it ruins the job"
From Oct. 2: OD: "Listing Assassin as Job would only work if the victim had to take a matching opposite Job (I suggested Collaborator previously ;)) perhaps it should depend on their Stealth stat... If high enough, they can list a fake Job! XD"
OD: "Likewise, we could have a Spy and a Counterspy as well as Collaborator Job that appears to be some other Job, and depends on Stealth stat... For Assassin the counter Job could be Special Forces maybe (or just Counterspy). Being any of the Stealth-based Jobs could be what increases your Stealth stat: once it is high enough, that could activate a false Job display (and chat color), with the higher the stat, the more realistic the cover Job. (For example, Farmer or Hunter for minimal Stealth stat, Police or Paramedic for higher, etc.) These Jobs could all use /detect to try to blow the cover of the other side; Assassin would be allowed to kill Collaborator or Special Forces and vice versa; Spy would be allowed to kill Counterspy and vice versa. For a simpler version of this, just allow Spy as a Military and Rebel specialization; I still like Collaborator as a specialization of both Military and Rebel then though to make them a specific target. The opposing side Spy would be the Assassin (or Assassin would be another specialization of both Military and Rebl, with Spy used for some other purpose)"
